Payment Options
First Time Orders
Prepayment in full is required for first time orders. Credit cards are the best method, as they expedite the process. Checks, money orders, or cash are also acceptable methods, but we will not begin an order until the payment as cleared our bank. As you know, this can take some time and may delay your order.
Credit Cards
Most of our customers pay their order with a credit card. We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express. Interac is available for those picking up their order. When you are providing your credit card number on the order confirmation, please include the type of card, card holder name, expiration date, and full billing address.
Your credit card will be charged for 100% of the total on the order confirmation form when we begin your order. This will put your order into the production process and reserve your inventory. If any overruns or under runs occur on your order, we will add those charges to your credit card within 10 business days of your order shipment date.

Company Check
You may pay by company check, although as stated above, we cannot begin your order until the funds clear with our bank. If time is of the essence, please use a credit card.
Corporate Accounts
We can setup up a corporate account for you if you feel you will be ordering on a continuing basis. Please call one of our customer representatives and they will send you a credit application. These typically take about three business days. If your order is urgent, please use a credit card or call us to make other arrangements.
