Shipping Information

We do everything possible to use shipping carriers that are reliable and on time, while being the most economical. We typically use UPS; however Purolator, FedEx, Greyhound, and DHL are other shipping carriers that we have found to offer price reductions. You are free to provide your own shipping account number with your preferred carrier if you would like.

All of our orders are shipped from the factory (FOB). That means that you own the merchandise once it leaves our hands. Under normal circumstances we guarantee that your order will leave on or before the ship date provided on your order acknowledgement. Tracking information will be available roughly 24 hours after the order is shipped and can be acquired by emailing or phoning us with that request.

AblePromos.ca ships its imprinted promotional products to you from a network of factories around Canada and the USA, so orders that you place may arrive at your shipping address at different times in the day, depending on the carrier and method of shipment. If you need your shipment by a certain time, be sure to let us know well in advance.

Do you have a trade show in Vancouver and a sales conference in Toronto? Do you have a company event in Nassau? At AblePromos.ca, we can do drop shipments or split shipments of parts of your order to wherever you would like. Nominal charges apply for this service.

International shipments are not a problem with AblePromos.ca, as we have shipped to most continents all over the world. We use UPS 2nd Day air and guarantee that your order will ship on time, however we cannot guarantee it's timely arrival after that due to customs concerns and other international regulations. Duties, customs charges and all other type of sales and use tax are the responsibility of the customer. A $35.00 international shipment fee applies to international orders to cover the lengthy amount of paperwork to ship these orders.

What if I need my order faster than normal?

If you need your order sooner than the production time listed, please give us a call, as we may be able to accommodate you. We will do everything possible to see if we can accommodate your dire needs. Rush charges normally apply for less than normal production times. Please call 866-313-ABLE(2253) for help with rush items.
